With over three decades of experience, I consider myself a lifelong yoga practitioner. I deepened my practice by earning my 200-hour RYT certification in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. My classes blend Hatha and Vinyasa flows, inviting students to connect breath with movement and move with intention.

I strive to guide students gently, encouraging them to meet their bodies where they are and to embrace yoga as a process rather than a destination. Through mindful movement and breathwork, I invite students to carry the calm and awareness cultivated on the mat into everyday life—moving through the world in a gentler, quieter, and kinder way.

A lover of nature, water, and woods, I find inspiration in kayaking, swimming, hiking, and playing piano—always seeking harmony between human rhythm and the rhythm of the earth.
